On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you to juggle? 9….10??? Well that is perfect, because we’re on the hunt for a super-organized multi-tasker with lots of hustle. As our project manager you’ll be working closely with our Co-Founder and CEO, sales, marketing, product and development team, playing a critical role in coordinating projects, working with various internal and external stakeholders,  prioritizing and aligning efforts, helping to define release targets, and communicating development progress within the team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Day to day management of existing and new development projects using JIRA
  • Working with senior team members to identify and map out risks, issues, cross-team dependencies and priorities
  • Supporting the team in completing and documenting functional and technical requirements
  • Supporting the business with customer deployments and custom implementation projects
  • And most importantly …. Be open to rolling up your sleeves and wearing a lot of hats

What we need is someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and in managing software projects
  • Experience in developing lightweight processes to improve communication and project delivery
  • Passion for technology
  • Experience in working in high demand, rapidly changing environments
  • Solid organizational skills including a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Experience in interacting with various stakeholders
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to create connections, that would make us want to be stranded on a desert Island with you
  • Tremendous interpersonal and communication skills
  • Obsessive eye for quality in both design and function
  • Ability to travel from time to time, as most of our development team is in Europe
