We are looking for a Jr. Project Management to support our Software Developers and Product Manager.

About you:

  • You have software development experience and have worked on technical projects with software developers
  • You are highly organized and structured
  • You possess solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • You have a proven record of strong problem solving skills and ability to create connections
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • You have a strong affinity to technology
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science

On the job, you will:

  • The primary focus of this position is to support the development team with regards to maintaining and reviewing project and task requests to ensure they are are properly defined, documented and allocated
  • Based on the roadmap, day to day management in JIRA of existing projects and tasks
  • Assists the product managers in identifying risks, issues, dependencies and priorities
  • Where needed or incomplete, work with stakeholders to elicit, document and validate functional and technical requirements, ensuring requirements are concise and complete
  • Break down or consolidate existing issues as needed
  • Coordinate a timely completion with the development team and stakeholders and diligently follow progress
  • Give a strong understanding of the products and technologies in use, support the development and B2B account management teams in giving technical support to existing customers.
